From the Philippine Star dated July 22, 2K:

Philippine Olympic Committee president Celso Dayrit will be the special guest speaker as the oldest amateur league the National Collegiate Athletic Association unveils its 76th season today at the Araneta Coliseum.

Also, the league will give recognition to the NCAA South School Members: Philippine Christian University -- Dasmariñas, Letran College-Calamba, St. Benedict College-Alabang, UPHR-Biñan, and incoming members La Salle-Dasmariñas and San Sebastian Recoletos-Cavite.-Joey Villar

Correction, tatlo sila. Main, Dasma and Benilde. Why not? Mas masaya siguro kung magsanib na ang UAAP ang NCAA. Kaso takot karamihan sa mga jologs at rumble. Hehehehehehehehe!!! Anyway, the schools in the south are sister schools of the NCAA teams din dito naman.

Hoy sofia paker! Pak u! Anyway, Back when I was still there, a graduate from Lasalle Zobel tried to form a pep squad there but there wasn't any league that DLSU-D joined that needed them, so the group did not have the chance to be recognized.
Paker ka pa rin, pero duda din ako, TAKSIL KA RIN!!!

all i can say is..it's ok for la salle dasma to join ncaa as long as theyve got a competent coach and good players.i'm actually a benildean pero i'm from cavite, so i have a lotta friends in dlsu dasma.i know they'd be psyched to have a representetive of their own in the games...

UAAP used to have a national tourney years ago
among supposedly UAAP reginal teams
nalugi yun

anyways if Main, CSB and Dasma are in same league

DLSU-Dasma? baka DLS-Lipa....
The De La Salle Lipa attended the opening ceremonies of the third season of the fledgling National Collegiate Athletic Association - South last 1 September at St. Benedict's College. The school, which is participating in both the secondary and tertiary divisions, was officially accepted as the association's 7th member last month. With him were the coaches and players of the men's and women's basketball and volleyball teams, the boys' and girls' volleyball teams and the boys' basketball team.

I watched the opening sa Alabang together with the DLSL Pep, Yung mga schools na kasali are the following: SSC(Cavite), Lyceum of Batangas, St. Benedict College, UPHR-Binan, PCU(Dasma), Letran Calamba, and De La Salle Lipa. Yung DLSU-D, di ata kasali.

ok naman ang la salle dasma ah! sa girls --> may cute sa basketball team nila... nakasama ko sa youth camp! share ko lang... chaka kahit ano pang branch yan la salle pa rin yan! di ba yun ang trademark ng la salle--> basketball?? kaya ok na rin. let them prove na mga lasalista magagaling di ba??

DLSU-Health Sciences Campus is an independent DLSU system school connected with the DLSU-Main & DLSU-D.

The HSC should have better athletes first. It's been really hard for this campus to have a good performance in inter-collegiate competitions because obviously, most of the med. people are stucked into academics. Ü

DLSU-Dasma. already has its monicker..how about the HSC?

ok ba ang green arrows? synergists? pacemakers? sorry kung medyo off topic ha, anyway, dasma. pa rin naman 'to. hehe Ü

O cmon, maawa naman kaio sa students nila!!! Malayo ang byahe!!! pero kung mapilit kaio ok lang din... :rolleyes: I HOPE... Anyweis, good luck na lang kung ano man ang maging decision... La naman kwenta ang seniors ng School coh eh... buti pa ang juniors... its upto u peeps na lang kung saan ako nag-aaral.

DLSU-D has its own buses for the athletes while the students have their own CARS for transportation. Also, most of them live in Metro Manila area & suburbs.

FYI lang po, pagkakaalam ko *** kasi ang DLSU-D ang nanalo last year sa FSC games held last year sa DLS-L...at sila ang nag-champion.

in fairness magagaling ang mga players ng dasma at malay niyo mas makakabuti sa kanila ang pagsali sa NC.

according sa isang source DLSU-D is one of the best if not the best school na nage excel pagdating sa sports lalo na sa southern tagalog... :D
