What Matic car should i buy

i'm planning to buy a second hand car (year 97 to 99). i want an automatic car but i have limited knowledge on what car gives smooth gears shifting. I know VTEC is jerky daw so my options are:

Sentra SS, Corolla GLI, Lancer GLXI/GSR

could anyone help me decide?

first of all, how much is your budget? I wouldn't recommend the lancer since its not effiient in fuel consumption and it usually has transmission problems. I would recommend a corolla or any honda whoever told you a vtec is jerky doesnt know his/her honda well. as with all cars nasa alaga mo rin yan

I would recommend the Toyota GLi, becoz of it's power.

my budget is the price should not exceed 350THou. i've been doing some researching and found out naman that these cars are at that price range. ngayon, my problem is choosing which one is worth it.

Honda's are jerky? Baka sira naman yang tsikot na yan! There's a power "surge" when you get to VTEC mode but then thats a GOOD thing :)
