Condo hotels in Makati?

A friend from out of the country is coming for a visit. Would you know any nice affordable place to stay in Makati, like condo hotels? Somewhere around $30 a night, near places to eat, and accessible to public transpo. Thanks!

ASB Condotels, including Prince Plaza 2. Corner Legaspi and De La Rosa Streets. Very near the malls (Landmark, Glorietta, Greenbelt), and very near the business district (Ayala Avenue). I think it will cost more than one thousand though. :) If you're interested, just let me know!

There's Olympia Suites in Makati (near Manila Peninsula) It costs P3,600 net per night. But personally, if you'll ask me, i prefer the serviced residences in the Ortigas area. particularly Sa Discovery Suites and Linden Suites. They really have the best rooms! pramis! :) Sa Linden it costs P4,224.50 a night for a 1 bedroom suite and sa Discovery it's around P3,800.00. This of course includes a buffet breakfast for two, daily supply of newpaper and free use of the sauna, jacuzzi, gym and swimming pool. Hope ur relatives will enjoy their vacation.
