what's the best salon for hair color?? yung hindi super mahal ha!! ok naman david's but their stylists dnt really take much time discussing your preferences, kung anong babagay sa yo, etc...

I definitely agree with those who said Basement was the best. Even if its medyo mahal (like 3000+), you end up looking fabulous! I mean, I've been (almost) everywhere else and even if you pay the same or close to the same amount, the effect is just not the same as what you get in Basement. They use from three to seven colors for highlights plus a base and the result is- really nice blending! Check out their new salon in rockwell. Try Joeseph- he's good. The Chinese guy is also good forgot his name though.
