resorts that allow swimming with shorts and shirt

does anyone know of a resort that is not so strict; we are planning a swimming party and I have several cousins visiting from the province that would no way wear a swimsuit.

Some 'resorts' in Laguna have rather lax rules when it comes to swimsuits & trunks.

Better yet, try renting one of those private pools where you can basically wear whatever you want -- including, uh, nothing. :naughty:
