Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard it works by inhibiting your absorption of fat and oil from the food you eat. The side effect is that you get oily stool. Imagine getting oily skidmarks on your undies, everyday.

If that's how it works, I don't think it'll help much if you're already eating a low-fat diet. You'll still have to work off the fat you already have, and that means expending more calories than you eat every day.
