there are a few new line-ups that are nice.. esp. the ones without the Giordano name printed on them.
I especially like the plain round-necks and the collared v-necks coz they're really comfortable to wear.

Giordano shirts are comfortable. You just have to pick out the right styles. I like their jeans/slacks. They fit me well. :)

to each his own? :p

the last time i ever wore Giordano was freshman year high school..and i'm considered old. but my style changed and times change, so i never really went back to wearing anything from giordano. I remember grade 6 or grade 7, you were considered cool when you wore that crest or froggy shirt from giordano that you bought from your HK trip HEHEHEHE

Giordano is the GAP for the Asian budget: affordable, conformist, generic, and guaranteed not to offend anyone. Wear if you want to fade into the crowd (which is not always a bad idea).

Bossini's the same thing (but with better T-shirt fabric).

I never really thought about it up until now na hindi ko na rin pala naiisip man lang pumasok sa stores ng Giordano. But I would admit na back then, mga early 90's, I also had this thing for Giordano shirts.

Usong-uso pa non yung mga Giordano Classics shirts, which are actually the cheapest. I even remember Ruffa Gutierrez wearing one as her "pambahay" in one of those tv dramas.

Tapos I remember this guy classmate of mine in UP who actually had the nerve to turn out the collar of the Giordano shirt I was wearing just to check kung original nga sya.

hay nako...

well since eddie bauer was brought up na rin...i'd rather wear giordano than eddie bauer...para yatang pang matanda ang eddie bauer eh....

yup like most of you guys, i have diff. giordano shirts from the plain classics to the frogs to the crests! but the giordano's of the late 80's - early 90's are better than what we have now

Actually, you can get Eddie Bauer shirts here in Manila - that is if you know where to look. :)

And all the Giordano shirts that I ever had are my pambahay nowadays.

COOLwise ... ayyyyy .... hehehehe ... but if you are looking for comfort, Giordano's v-neck and round tops are okay. I actually bought some when I went home. I prefer the ones WITHOUT the name on the outside of the shirt.

i've never been into Giordano either :D
the only Giordano item i had was this forest green collared shirt that i bought more for the color than anything else
di ko lang talaga feel ang Giordano... parang-TH na maka-level the other 'better'(?) brands...
para yatang pang matanda ang eddie bauer eh....
:rotflmao: agree! i've never liked eddie bauer either, nde masyadong maganda ang fit, it reminds me din of Ford Explorers (Eddie Bauer edition).... la lang... :D

I buy Giordano shirts (cool or uncool), esp. if i just need a simple white shirt. they're comfortable and they're cheap!!! pwede mo bilhin lahat colors at di ka mababaon sa utang.

I'm a sucker for brands such as Ralph Lauren, Gap, Banana Rep, Limited, American Eagle, Esprit....but I also wear local and HK brands....i wear anything that would look good on me....kahit galing tiangge.:)
