to all those who frequently travel,
can i ask for tips on packaging Filipino delicacies when going abroad
like how to pack bagoong, danggit, daing, and the likes...
pls help! i'm submitting a paper on Packaging Filipino delicacies.
:p
--danggit is the easiest to bring coz its dry and its usually packed in a plastic, what i do is i wrap it in tons of newspaper.
-- bagoong i put i also wrap in newspaper and place in a plastic
-- ive never tried to bring daing before simply because the places i go to usually sell those....actually, you can easily buy bagoong in the states also so no worries if thats where youre going
-- tip -- never attempt to place this stuff with your clothes - eww -- no matter how many newspapers you wrap them in, there will always be a scent left on your stuff...

Depends on where you're travelling too. If they observe strict regulations, kelangan naka-package in plastic, or de-lata.
