I was at the CORRS PRESS CONFERENCE

Hi All! I just came from the Corrs press con! GRABE!!! Ang ganda ganda nila!!! I was actually surprised na Andrea is the least prettiest of the 3 sisters! Caroline is SOOOO beautiful, more than Sharon even..... Walang autograph signing, but after the press con, pumunta ako sa megamall para magpa-develop ng pictures... when who should I run into but JIM CORR himself!!! So hinabol ko siya and got his autograph!!! I am SOOOOOOOO happy. I will try to post the pix if I can get them scanned. WOW Heaven talaga, I even got to ask a question. it was SOO amazing... Andrea was the friendliest. Caro kept frowning all throughout and Sharon kept playing with her hair. jum looked really bored. They also showed the video of their upcoming single Would You Be happier and it is their coolest video so far!!!

I can die happy! The Corrs!!! :lovesigh:

I work for *secret*. But I asked a personal question, wether or not Sharon and Caro were going to sing No Frontiers. But they said, although they were going to sing all the love in the world daw. I looked so disappointed Caroline said, "I'm sorry!" And she smiled at me. :) I wil try to scan the photos soon.

Inquirer's 2bU! got an exclusive on the Corrs, kaso maikli lang. It'll come out this Wednesday. Ang chismis sakin eh, Andrea looked bored daw, and Jim was the most interested... So I guess they're just like any other normal people - they also have moods.

Loved Sharon during their performance last Saturday. She's got great stage performance... Actually, all of them were absolutely fantastic. Am not exactly a fan, but now I'm beginning to feel that I am. :)

I didn't hear that question but there was one REALLY stupid one who asked... "What are your favourite beauty products?" :lol:

They were surprised, paused, and Sharon said "Erm...erm... well, a good moisturizer is ALWAYS good!" :lol:

And blue_arden, it wasn't exclusive for 2BU it was actually an exclusive for Mega mag cause they were the only ones who got inside the barricade during the concert and also the only one who got to follow them after the press con.

The September 30 concert was fantastic, I actually got to the front, even with the tight security and I was right in front of Andrea jumping like an idiot. During the start of the concert, someone actually threw paper at me and yelled me to sit the f*** down! :lol: Who cares? I paid a lot of money to be there and no one was gonna to tell me what to do!!!

[Tope] Sorry I didn't give you my number sa cell ha, I actually got my fone stolen during the concert! Anyways yeah I really was SOOO unprofessional during the press con, can you believe I was squealing!!!

Chaico I don't know why it wasn't televised. I don't have cable and I don't buy the papers cause I live alone so I have no idea. It will be coming out of our magazines and song hits so hmmmm... I'll keep ya posted. Are you a member of the corrs-ph list? Sali ka na! Loads of people there have evberything like books, singles, dideos, loads of stuff, really. Sharing naman kami lahat dun. :)

I'm a member of the corrs-ph list. i was a member na actually from february to may tapos nag-unsubscribe ako nung June kasi na-busy masyado sa school (thesis, OJT) eh napupuno mailbox ko, tapos just yesterday i joined again and pinili ko na lang yung don't send me email, i'll just read from the website. :)

Actually during the time Jim signed my cd cover I wasn't breathing, I was holding my breath cause excited ako. Their roadie STINKS though! He went past us nasa front kami in front of Andrea, to give tin whistles and I almost passed out from his smell!

myrtle_turtle, the reason why I like ManUtd is that they're the team I've been rooting for for so long. Old habits die hard, you know? Plus their jersey looks sooooo cool! :D But Liverpool's turning to be a pretty good team now, thanks not only to Michael Owen but to Robbie Fowler too. And let's not forget Jari Litmanen's fairy tale comeback. Plus with their signing of Jerzy Dudek, they're turning out to be a really formidable team this season. :lol: Na-off-topic tuloy ako. :lol:

Just read this thread now and just wanted to inform you that Inquirer's 2bu! was a sponsor of the concert, too. Not only did MEGA and FWD and MEG get an exclusive, but so did 2bu!, PULP, and SEVENTEEN magazine (when they didn't pay **** for anything, they're not even a sponsor while MEGA was a MAJOR sponsor). And the MEGA people went out to eat after the press con.

Hi, I just found out about this thread this morning while browsing thru various topics and i chanced upon Music and Radio, and this Corrs Thread. I am also a big fan and I know who really asked that stupid question of Why is your band named The Corrs? , G Toengi was the one who asked that years ago when she was still hosting SOP and not Belinda.

G asked that when the Corrs were just promoting their first few singles in Asia. I don't think Belinda would DARE ask a stupid question like that considering that she works in the Music Industry. :cool:

i saw a pirated unplugged VCD sa greenhills, hanap ka lang doon. :D i have the cut pirated version of unplugged which i bought at a mall in Las Pinas a few years ago ... ;) but am planning to get a copy of the original one kasi madaming songs wala sa pirated eh!

i just bought the Unplugged VCD pirated before kasi di ko pa napapanood yung unplugged then i saw it kaya i bought it. bibili din naman ko ng orig when i get the money this christmas ;)

naku chaico! sale nga ngayon lahat ng cds nila . . . kainis no? but then, i was thinking na if i bought the cd just now (that it's on sale), then i wouldn't have appreciated their songs more since i can listen to them anytime unlike with mp3s, everytime i'm using the computer will i be able to listen (nde me marunong mag-burn sa cd eh) :teehee: . buti nalang i already have a copy of Unplugged and Lansdowne vcds, i have been looking for those for a couple of months now.
