C'mon....admit it, every woman is a diva at heart :blah:

Forget about the "conservative" pinay or maria claria achu-chu-chu....Women are beautiful, strong and powerful. You don't have to be in NYC and have 3 rich and gorgeous girlfriends to realize this. :drive:

So...who's the powerful woman you want to be? what qualities do you see in her and you think you can awaken in you? There is no such thing as woman power....there is just power!

For me........hmmmm....at the top of my head is Madonna. But madonna is way, way up there and so obvious that I think I have to go down a bit.

J-LO? Oh yeah! J-LO. She's not classically beautiful, caucasian and model thin, but MAN, the attitude and self-confidence pushes the measuring stick. :flog:

Gisele Bundchen the model. Normally I don't go for models because what do they really do? Uh, model? :beauty:

But this girl is different. She's not the most beautiful(long face, large, "strong nose") nor the tallest or thinnest...she may even had a boob job. But the spunk, the self-confidence and the acceptance that she deserves the best, made her the best among a throng of genetically gifted mortals.http://mapage.noos.fr/gisele/priv390.jpg

part Jackie Kennedy Onassis, part Condelezza Rice, part Madonna, part audrey hepburn, a dash of grace kelly and a whole lotta ME :glee:

Jackie Kennedy Onassis is one of my favorite icons in culture, society, politics and definitely, style. She was not just your average first lady, she was a great mother and political partner.

Condelezza Rice is not only the youngest US National Security Adviser..she is also the first woman and the first black to do so. She is definitely a model for young, strong, intelligent women.

Madonna...as you said, how can you not admire madonna? She is still the number one performer even after 20 years. She is sexual, sensual, creative and yes, very smart.

Audrey Hepburn is the epitome of a lady. Very headstrong and yet knew her manners and of course, an impeccable sense of style. Same goes with Grace Kelly. Both are beauties that defy age and time....

I agree on most of your choicest ....except maybe for Jackie O. Personally, I would prefer Eleanor Roosevelt(I read somewhere that she was described as "her husband's legs") or Hillary even, to Jackie.

By the way, I read in some of your posts that you're from NYC. Glad to see that your okay. :howdy:

Eleanor Roosevelt was the best first lady, hands down. I respect her but i grew up a Kennedy-phile. The Kennedy legacy was a big passion and enigma for my mother and was passed down to me as well. Hillary Rodham-Clinton is smart, is a big b|tch and she will be the first woman president of the US but there's something amiss.

How does the saying go?

"A queen maybe a *****, but she will always be a queen first"? :grinroll:
