Cannot play ata sa DLSU-Ateneo Championship Game.
He collided with Mike Cortez.

yup, its really true. Mang Jack told me that he's in the hospital right now. actually, medyo bumagsak lang siya and he did not stand up right away. he was rushed to Sanitarium at first, di ko lang alam kung nilipat kaagad siya. pero Bro. Roly was there also supervising the practice. lets just pray he's fine. I know he can still play.

remember last year yata yon? Ren Ren fell on his back and became unconscious then we were told that he cannot play because of that fall but he did play... lets hope BJ will play so that he can prove to his Atenean family that he can play without their support. He can play with his new family. GO BJ! ANIMO LASALLE!

Personally, I didnt like him for leaving ADMU, but I also don't like beating a team (if we win) that played without a key player. ITs all in the past, and sana he gets well.

Sayang, it was his time to shine and prove ADMU wrong pa naman.

I was looking forwad to jeering him again .... pero as a form of "psy-war" not hate. Kaya nga tigas siya during the second game. Sayang, part of the offense pa naman siya ngayon, will finally have a vital role in the finals.

But don't you guys think that BJ's injuries.etc.etc. may only be mental? Baka naman hanggang ngayon guilty pa sya na sa La Salle siya lumipat at hindi siya naiwan sa TAEneo?

I've never really heard him say how PROUD he is to be a lasallite. All he is saying is that there are lessons to be learned. Baka naman deep down inside, Atenista pa rin siya. Isabay nyo pa ang guilt trip ng mga taga TAEneo and we have a doozy here folks!

I just hope BJ is fine and hell be able to play in the finals . . . but we shouldnt rush his recovery, it might compromise his entire basketball career . . . still, he is a key player to the team - hes just a spark off the bench. . . Renren should be expected to play extended minutes and i know hes up to the challenge !!!

Hey we are ALL hoping and praying for a swift recovery by this guy. But I am sooooo sick and tired of all the BS we get for "enticing" and "luring" BJ into our fold.


Just once I'd like to hear him say he's DAM PROUD to be a lasallite. That he is LUCKY to be playing with the best. and that he will EARN his place in the team by playing well.

Poocha, as things are going, he's just taking up precious space. Its shape up or ship out. We have no place for weaklings in a champion team. Better give him back to where he came from if he doesnt take care of himself and acting his part as a member of a champion team.

TAEneans, I'm tired of defending this guy here in PEx. If you want him take him. Karma ba ito? maybe. I don't know.

All I know is he is taking up space reserved for other, better players who have nothing like the problems he's got.

Shape up or ship out. It may not be his fault he got injured.etc.etc. but still La Salle admi should think straight and clear what the reason is why BJ is still with the team.

Is he there because he really is good or is he there as a trophy, that a TAEnean chose La Salle and we are just displaying the guy for all to see.

I don't understand why many people here (especially Ateneans) would really rejoice on BJ's injury. Don't you guys have conscience? You really don't mind saying beh buti nga or associating it with karma. BJ'S LIFE AND HEALTH IS AT STAKE HERE! While Lasallians would surely miss BJ for the first game,what matters for us is his recovery. It's only basketball! Let him rest, and the remaining Archers will do the rest.

Precisely my point. Sa tingin ko Atenista pa rin sya by heart and playing for DLSU is just a consequence of a decision he made years ago of choosing DLSU for its quality basketball program. In short, stepping stone lang nya ang DLSU.

In my opinion, what's the point in playing for a team if your heart doesn't belong there? Kaya sya nauntog.

--> Last(2x) victory party ng DLSU (I don't remember if its the 1st Championship or yung 2nd), nung gabi nagsalita sya ... sinabe nyang PROUD syang maging Lasallite at di nya pinagsisihan na pinili nya ang Lasalle! Something like that I don't remember na kse eh! Anyway, confirm ko lang yung exact words na sinabe nya if you want.

Wag mo naman i-judge yung tao, I think proud naman sya to be a lasallite at the same time to be an atenean...

my varsity friends were there when it happened. (training nila for fencing) tapos tumira daw si BJ and landed flat on his back. tapos sumisigaw na lang sha. pumaligid yung mga team mates nya sa kanya tapos he was carried to an ambulance sa baba ng sports complex.
