who among you have tried to shop online? share your experiences, comments and opinion naman.... i need them for my thesis. :rolleyes:

my thesis is about business to consumer e-commerce. online shopping. m trying to discuss the attitude, opinions and evaluate how consumers are adopting this new mode of buying. please, please,please....

Just to be honest with you. I like online shopping because of two ways:
1. You don't have to go out and get upset b'coz of a crowded parking space.
2. It is fast and efficient.

Although there some ways I hate online shopping.
1. Security. Since you have to use a credit for online shopping, It's a little bit difficult to shop b'coz hackers may have the tendency to hack in your privacy and your credit card number.
2. The delivery. There is a chance that your merchandise will be a little bit damaged, which will upset you, upon recieving it from Fed Ed or UPS.

Overall, I really don't like online shopping b'coz of security, and I won't be having the chance of checking out the merchandise before purchasing them.

well, I don't really shop online but i had a couple of orders made online thru pizza hut...
at first i thought it won't work ksi they didn't even confirm my order...
uhmm, ok sya kse di ka na aalis pa sa bahay...

as for shopping, haven't tried it pa kasi i think one disadvantage of it is you can't touch what you're to buy..and mas masaya mag shopping sa malls...

la lang..sharing lang.. :)

eilynne,

you should design a questionnaire for your thesis. you cant just ask anybody a questionn or two and be able to get the necessary data that you need for your research.
i also did a thesis which is e-commerce related, i made a web-based questionnaire which my respondent (from different parts of the globe) found easy to answer and the responses were also easy for me to collect. check out the questionnaire that i composed which i used in my thesis.

Gwapa was right. you need to do a comprehensive questionnaire wherein lahat ng questions would be vital to your study.

if you want, i could fax/email you my old questionnaire sa thesis...though i'm not sure kung valid ang course ko to yours (industrial design)..though you could go to your school library and check out old thesis for good reference.

friendly advice: if you're planning to give out 100 surveys, ask 30-50 people around for your study and do the rest (from there you could compute for yourself the percentage of importance for your study). =)
this way, it would be easier for you and do other more important study/research! =)

haven't tried shopping online. freaky kasi you can't see the goods for yourself, if it's in good condition or not. would love to try shopping on Amazon.com for books, though, kaya lang baka expensive. you have to use credit cards, diba? plus shipping and handling...my mom would kill me when she sees the bill if i did that...
