buti na lang b-day ko at six months na ako di nagpapagupit so i got curious and gave myself a treat  . thanks to the recommendation of Peps and company :beam:
tama kayo girls magaling si jing monis he gave me a very
interesting haircut. i love it! so i'm gonna see him next year pag nakaipon na ulit ako hehe

hi 2 the sukis ng PROPAGANDA! *paw* i'm planning 2 go there someday, who's good with short cuts for girls? & sino stylist yung ma-chika, para madali kausap?

Alex and Jay are ma-chika...alex is good for long hair i heard..i believe PePs (she has super short hair) goes to jay, Jing is really good for trendy cuts but he's sorta quiet(which can be misinterpreted as snotty but he's really nice!!) :)

i'm not a suki of propaganda but based on my one time observation
i'm sure jing and alex are both machika pero mukhang si alex
ang mas machika hehe :glee:
hindi sya matipid magsmile.
jing is like edward scissorhands, looks very serious while
doing his thing and asks very minimal questions.
i do not think you will have any problem talking to them
about what you want with your hair. :*)
ako nga i didnt say anything about the style i want with my hair
and after the session i felt like one of those print models
in DETAILS magazine :evil_lol:

Propaganda's new location is at Greenbelt Makati 3rd Floor. Beside National Sports Grill. They just re-opened last June 13 i think.

Just got my haircut there last week! :)

hi there!

I've been a suki of Propaganda Salon for the past few months...ayos ang service, magaling-mag-cut&style si Gigi lalo na sa wavy hair, hindi sila yung profit-oriented in the sense na ipapagawa sayo lahat ng treatment na mahal na hindi naman talaga kelangan ng hair mo. but lately, i've realized that it's very impractical for me since it's far from my place (UP Village). This means, kelangan ko na maghanap ng Propaganda Salon substitute... :( Can you recommend a salon preferably in Quezon City na halos kapareho din ng kind of service and price ng Propaganda Salon? I've tried David's, Headzone and Salon de Orient but I wasn't satisfied with their services. Ok kay ng Salon de Manila?

how often do you have your hair cut?
once a month lang naman di ba?
okay na yon at least you get to travel all the way from
diliman to makati tapos pagbalik, you can display your
new hair style sa mrt! :glee: hehe

BadGiRL
Jul 12, 2001, 08:33 PM
Yes, give a tip. Anyway, after naman ng cut u'd be happy give a tip. :) Ganon ka galing ang mga stylist sa propaganda.

ok din si gigi :) kakatuwa coz machika sya
dati kasi i used to have my haircut appointments w/ alex. tapos last week, i was so frustrated coz ang haba na ng hair ko. i decided to have a haircut on impulse. walang appointment. eh si gigi maaga palagi dun.
she also does my friend's hair, so ok naman :) next time baka k gigi na ko, medyo tipid ng 200 bucks. hihihih :D

and good thing they open early and close late na. 8am-9pm! :*)

I used to have my hair cut by both Rita and Gigi.

Rita transferred to a salon somewhere in Makati Ave. I lost her number and the salon name...i-hunting n'yo nalang siya. :)

Gigi's really nice. I'm due for another visit soon. I love going to Propaganda. I go there to escape stress. :D Their Greenbelt salon's a lot nicer than the one in Rustan's before. *okay*

Solace, pag nahanap mo yung number *sniff*..pakipost na lang ha...nakasalalay buhok ng friend ko. I haven't tried having my hair cut there... how much does their hair cut go? Iba iba ba yung range depende sa stylist? who's great with short hair na hindi naman sing-mahal like pag nagpagupit ako kina Jing?

Gigi is a very personable stylist :) Makwento siya and she makes it a point to strike up a conversation with you. Cebuana kaya malambing :)

Told Gigi about this thread and the nice things written about her here. In her words..."Pumapalakpak ang tenga ko." She literally beamed when I shared the great things about her. :D

Misa Hayase...kay Gigi nalang kayo magpagupit. :)

If you have short hair, I highly recommend going to Aureo. I've been with him for around 8 years, and my hair continues to get compliments til this time.

I always see Alex at the salon, so I guess he's in demand/good. I haven't seen Jing for the longest time, so maybe you could ask the receptionist if he's still around.

I think you are referring to Oreo, the guy stylist with the long hair.
