I don't wear perfume. Bale I wear a really fragrant lotion (nothing fruity) and since it's more absorbed by the skin, it emanates a longer lasting smell especially when you perspire. Does anybody do this too? I find perfume too strong most of the time... I've not encountered a mainly non-chemical based perfume before. Or rather, is it harder to find a natural based perfume or what?

^^ Eman, if you perspire often, chances are you have oily skin.

This extra oil can interact with cologne to create longer-lasting, more powerful scents. Sadly, too much skin oil (or perspiration) can merge with cologne to form a bad odor. To avoid this, wear less cologne during the day, and go for lighter fragrances which have citrus and floral tones. AVOID colognes that have hints of musk and earth.

Cologne developed for summertime wear is your best bet. Some recommended brands are: "Fahrenheit Summer for Men" by Christian Dior, "Kouros" by Yves Saint Laurent, "Tommy Jeans" by Tommy Hilfiger.

- Calgon's Perfect Bliss, Bath & Body Works Cotton Blossom as examples.
Since they are affordable then you can also buy the lotion. When you layer the 2, the scent will last longer.
For everyday perfumes I like CLEAN (pricey), Marc Jacobs (leaning towards flowery scents...one of his perfurmes even smells like sampaguitas) and Acca Kappa.

I can't really stand strong perfumes. I use Eternity-Calvin Klein or Tresor- Lancome. Both perfumes really suit me and yea hindi siya umaasim...hehe...and lately I began using YSL, really good too.*okay*
