Can I use BPI Express Cash for Internet purchases?

Say, I want to subscribe to a web host or buy something from Amazon? If they take Mastercard Electronic, will they accept my BPI Express Cash card?

Whether or not they do, beware... your debit cards are debited instantly, no dispute of charges as far as I know...

I just called 89-100. `Di raw pwede; for Philippine use only. They're working on plans for international use, but nothing solid for the near future. Oh well. :(
