Online Post-Graduate Schools

i'm planning to take my MA degree in Industrial Psych or Human resources management I've saw a lot of on-line schools (e-cornell, liverpool, u. of phoenix) but i really don't know what school to pick. can somebody help me in choosing a good school that is not that mega-expensive? and normally how many years should i finish the course? by the way i am not in the Philippines...
