Our company, ECC International, will be conducting a training on Supervisory Skills Development program this September 16, 2009.
It's a whole day training at Cebu Parklane International Hotel.
What's in it for the participants? Well,this course is intended to enhance the capabilities of the supervisors and the would-be supervisor. Participants will discover how to make a smooth transition from worker to leader, know the tools and skills for building personal confidence in their leadership role in the workplace and provide effective feedback on performance and enhance individual performance.
You will also learn the power of delegation and holding others accountable for outcomes.
Training investment is only Php 3, 000 for the whole day and will cover food, training certificates and a free leader's magazine.
