3-bedroom Townhouse for sale at Pilarville, Brgy Banjo East, Tanauan City. The house is approximately 500 meters from national highway and very accessible.
Lot area is 50sqm, floor area is 60sqm (up and down). There are 3 beedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 at the 1st. I acquired this house through Pag-ibig last August 2006 with the contract price of 780,000. Current value is around 1.1M so the buyer is very lucky to acquire this at 2006 price value.
The Pag-ibig loan is 650,000 since I put 130,000 down payement. Monthly amortization is 7,600 payable for 20yrs (remaining 17yrs).
The buyer will only pay 400,000 to me and will assume the remaining balance at Pag-ibig. You may pay Pag-ibig in full or continue the monthly amortization of 7,600/month for 17 years.
Reason of selling:
I suffered from a severe vehicular accident last month that nearly cost my life. Since I am single, the house is too big for me and I am having difficulty paying its monthly amortization hence I got a total damage of around 200K in accident.
