Hello everybody! :)
Does anyone of you went to the hiring process with John Clements?
Can you give me pointers/tips what are their hiring process and how long does it usually take?
Any info or experience would help me a lot! *okay*
Cheers! :)

the usual interview process
1. Initial Interview
2. Written Exam
3. Typing Exam
4. Final Interview
If there are only a few applicants, it would just take 3-5 hours.

would you immediately know if you pass the assessment? or the interviewer would tell you to wait for their text or email if you pass?
Thanks pinkchops!

Yes its a headhunter company.
But my question is would you immediately know if you pass their assessment or it would take a week or so for the result
Thanks wicked_angel!

yup. 1 day process lang naman eh. actually i havent been to john clements, but natry ko kasi before sa jobstreet. Aun, on my own opinion, better apply directly to different companies than agencies. Saves time and direct process.
Advantage ***** ng headhunters, sa tingin ko, yung mga hindi masyado nagaadvertise na cc mas malolocate thru them? not really sure.

yes, you would immediately know. They also give you tips on how to pass the interview.
One disadvantage though, you won't be able to pick the cc company that you like. You might be thrown to a cc company that is not amenable for you to work in. (well, based from experience haha)
