Your chances are slim to none but then again I could be wrong. All of the donated items, be they were just dropped off by mom or pop for tax purposes after spring cleaning, getting rid of unnecessary clutter or by the estate of a decedent, the receiving charity will then sort it out, whatever criteria they use to judge what is for them is just another junk it then get sold by the poundage, by the truckload or container to the highest bidder by whoever is in the business of reselling. So those brand names that you mentioned are more likely sold to the local populace where they know they'll make more money off of it. Believe or not there are high end thrifty stores here in SoCal like the Chic, trendy Melrose Avenue in Hollywood where people obsess the designer logo who can least afford it or just regular people on the hunt for good deals.What others do If it's a Designer brand the owner will put it up on a consignment basis and I'm sure you know the rest of the story....*okay*
