Check this guy, Joseph Lau he is from HK. He has always maintained more than one hundred Hermes Birkin in his collection at all time. He flies to France on his private jet to buy Hermes as soon as there are new limited editions and special Birkin being produced and reserved for him.

^ oo nga, that list is SO incomplete. Japanese women are some of the biggest patronizers of designer bags. It's quite hard to believe that not a single one of them owns a Birkin Bag.

I read somewhere na Japanese tourists are only allowed to purchase up to two items in Louis Vuitton stores in France. Pinapakyaw kasi nila lahat! :D

"Collectors" is hardly the description for these Japanese luxury lovers; "Hoarders" would be the more accurate term. :laugh:

^^^^Really???? Natakot ang ang Louis Vuitton na mapakyaw ng Japanese women ang items nila? As I've observed, you can see many Japanese people in high-end shops in Makati. I knew one staff in Prada Makati (She calls me up everytime may new collection sila) and told me that they have different Japanese Customers (men and women) who purchase Prada everyday and they buy not only one item - at least three items or more. They never ask for price - take note of that. If they like it, they'll buy it....

Not only Japanese women. but all customers in the LV store in paris are not allowed to buy more than 2 items. If you go inside the store you'd be surprise by the number of asian customers (based sa looks either koreans or japanese) kaya ang mga SA doon sobrang bait if asian ka. haha. They way they are buying stuff doon parang sa tiangge lang namimili =D

I went to LV Paris last year and they told me that Asians can only buy maximum of 2 LV bags. I even went to Hermes store and found a bag costs 350,000 euro (17M), crocodile skin with diamonds.
