Size 13 men's shoes

For a while now, I've been having a hard time looking for size 13 shoes. Yes, there are size 13 shoes, but they're more commonly basketball shoes. What I am looking for are casual, walking shoes that are more trim and sleek in profile. I've bought Adidas's Superstar, but now I find them too bulky for my taste. The styles of shoes I go for are the ones like Jack Purcell's by Converse, but they don't import size 13's. I also like the newly imported Italian brand, Superga (They have a branch in Eastwood Mall). Any store and branch suggestions? Only branches and stores in the Metro, by the way. Thanks!

My husband is size 13 1/2 and he has been buying his shoes in Virramall at the Clarks store where brands Clarks and GBX carry his size.

You can also go to Town Center in Alabang you'll be able to find size 13 onwards in the shoe stores there (owing to the expat population).
