students will enroll to a review school
the owners of these review schools will pay the examiner to give them tips/"leakage"
then, bigay nila sa mga students yung leakage.
after mag exam and lumabas nga *** mga tips, these students will promote the review school to the lower batch
and the cycle goes on..

and minsan *** mga tanong hindi naman applicable sa real-life.
i mean, especially sa eng'g board exams
na in designing, wala ka namang 4 choices sa totoong buhay e and hindi basta basta plug-in lang sa formulas. and you have to memorize all the formulas wherein sa real life, eh, pwede ka namang magdesign using handbooks that are using emperical data/formulas.

ayon..

parang wala ng kwentang mag board exam
pero kelangan e.

it doesn't apply to all sorts of board exams naman. siguro may a few courses na ganun.

kelangan, other than just the exam or the test of required entry level knowledge sa profession, is the registry and license of the professional. it's the protection of the public against negligence and para kung may malpractice may pwede kang panagutin by tracking his name in the registry of his board.
