How to start up small with a pastry or sandwich delivery business

I need help as to how on earth can I sell my delicious pastries and sandwhiches part-time since I study. I odnt like making sales talk. ALl I want is where and to whom must I approach that would help me and would take me seriously--I'm just 19 yrsold and in college

Why don't you try talking to schools (your school in particular) regarding the possibility of setting up a cafeteria stall selling your goods?

Offices are also good, especially if you deliver. A quiet referral from a friend who works in an office might be all you need. If your products are really good (and cheap), further promotion will be accomplished through word of mouth.
