ABS CBN vs GMA (same salary offered) which is the best???

hi every one,please help me guys which is better between these companies with same starting salary offered but im not sure of their compensation,benefits and other bonuses that might they offer

if you were asked guys between these companies, which do you think is better?? please any one who knows about their market stability, possible career growth and promotions, other privileges, advantages and disadvantages, any other info guys that you think could help me to decide.

btw,the situation goes like this, one of them offered me for an engineering position while other offered me for a non-engineering position.

I agree! Actually, that forum grosses me out. It's as if it was a public market. Especially the abscbn fanatics. They use terms that are squatter-like. I don't know what satisfaction they get from that so-called network war.:bop:

i'd go to channel 2.

dahil mas maganda ang location. and their building houses alot of affordable food for the regular salary man.

across the street are good places to eat as well.

and the best part is a gym's located within the building.

Engineering grad po ako, type ko pareho ang position kc i have my own track toward my career goal eh. For me is yung working environment, employees (kasi mas mukang maraming mabait sa gma AFAIK,i dont know sa ABS), benefits and bonuses. Those are the things that i would like to know or kahit a little bit of sharing info from somebody

is it true ? abs cbn hindi daw po sila nag reregular ng employee mostly contractual basis and bonuses depende sa kinita ng company?? meaning, pag walang kita ang abs ibig sabihin walang bonus?? hayyzzz

One more thing guys di ko po madala sa LMTV yung thread ko kc na-filtered out na yata ng moderator eh sensya na guys, need ko pa naman info very bad, any way yung mga nasa LMTV nalang kaya ang dalhin ko **?? eeerrr y not??

actually na meet ko na po sila pareho but the problem is both has said only the salary offered, bonuses and benefits will be lay out to me only by their respective HRs, kaya lang ako nakakuha ng idea is because i talked to some of the newly hired from one of them and other friend of my friend also who used to worked there, i need some solid confirmation from the issues sana before i decide where should i go

choose the company whose corporate culture fits you. aside from pay ask about merit increases, career growth, etc..

Huwag lang tayo mag discuss about programming, kasi baka maging network war ito at parang nasa LMTV thread tayo.

Kung pareho lang sila is just choosing a head or tail of a coin. Your decision is yours.

For me GMA since I have a lot of friends started their, maganda ang entry level nila you learn a lot. Pero halos wala na sila kasi nasa MediaCorp na ang iba at iba naman nasa TV5 at Nielsen. Di lang sila naka angat kasi limited lang ang slots ng next level position. Pero long term maganda.
