nung nanood ako dati sa glorietta ng Boys Like Girls,Colbie Caillat,vanessa Carlton,The Click Five,etc,kailangan bumili ng stuff from any store sa mall the day before the show worth at least P500 then ipapakita yung receipt sa concierge during the day of the show itself tapos dun bibigyan ng ticket...

di ko lang alam kung ganito pa rin yung process na susundin..

I was at Greenbelt and Glorietta last night so I asked about the mechanics.

To get Glorietta passes, you need to purchase items at Glorietta worth P500.00 on Tuesday, November 18, and exchange the receipt for a pass at the Glorietta concierge as soon as the mall opens on November 19, the day of the show. I was told 200 passes are up for grabs.

For Greenbelt, no purchase required. People only need to get passes from the Greenbelt concierge on the day of the show, as soon as the mall opens (at 11 a.m.). Only 100 passes will be given away.

Sa Glorietta, first 50 Ayala Discount Plus cardholders to present the cards to the concierge on the day of the show can get two passes each, plus M&G stubs; sa Greenbelt, first 25 cardholders.

Sa case nina Elliott and Taylor (at ni Colbie Caillat), may signing session, but that's because they had CDs for sale. Usually, pag bumili ng CD sa venue, may CD-signing pass na nakukuha. I'm not sure na this is applicable to MJ, since wala naman syang CD out for sale (unless magdala sya at magbenta nung solo album nya pre-AI).

It was great! Ang daming tao, I really didn't expect that. And the audience was really responsive kaso hindi kami makatayo, ang daming guards na sumisita! Pero the crowd got wild nung kinanta na yung We Will Rock You/We Are the Champion, yaaay!

Michael Johns was really really awesome. Ang baet pa nya! Ang swerte nung mga fans who were able to have that "meet and greet" moment. WOW.

Anyway, I'm planning to watch the Greenbelt show. So no purchase required? Pano ba makakakuha ng meet and greet stub for that show? :D

I was there too! Buti pala d ako naggawa ng thread for this. I was looking for one,siguro nasa 2nd page na ng forum. Anyhoo, gusto ko sana panuorin lahat ng shows nya sa Ayala Malls, until I found out na may required amount to get passes. Kung kelan naman purita mirasol ako! :grrr:Kaya kanina, nagtyaga na lang ako sa may railings at dun tumili at kumanta. My review of the show: He can rock my world anytime! Dang! That was a good show kahit may mga kanta siyang d ko alam. Sayang nga kasi I tried to video his original song tapos nagloko yung cam ko. After nun, kinanta nya yung Yellow. Waaah! :sob: Bagay sa boses nya, ang ganda ganda. He really rocked that show, Michael Johns style. Nakakatuwa mga moves nya on stage. Michael was my favorite in AI Season 7, and so when I found out (just the Sunday ago) that he was doing a mall tour, I jumped at the chance!

Was in attendance in Trinoma… took quite a nasty nudge off my fare and the travel time was sooo abysmal (since it was rush hour), but he was worth all the anxiety. Michael was amazing and gorgeous! We were able to get a good view, standing off the edge of the barricades leading to the stage front and center. Good thing the people beside were fans themselves, so we were bopping our heads off and singing to some of his songs. I loved it when he did the encore! His energy was amazing. *okay*

Nagtagal pa nga ako until the end of the show for the meet and greet… sayang lang nga we had no green stub (or the entry pass, for that matter). But the guard inside was kind enough to let us in the area, so we crazy girls just rushed off to the front of the stage (konti na lang humakbang ako to him and smother him), while Michael was busy greeting and hugging those lucky few. He was so nice and friendly and he didn’t have any qualms or ‘divaness’. I was just so happy seeing him that close… *sigh* This was really an early birthday gift for me (Dec 6 haha!~)

I’d really like to go catch his gig at Greenbelt this Friday but my class sked doesn’t permit me… hoping for a twist of fate! Good luck & congrats to all those who’ll be going to see him this week!

andun din ako sa glorietta! ang corny nga nung mga guards at pinapaupo yung audience! ang corny din ng admin kung sa kanila man galing ang utos na dapat nakaupo lang. may isang girl pa dun na tumayo para kumuha ng vid, medyo matagal din syang sinaway-saway ng guard bago sya umupo.

pero nung mga last three songs, di na nila napigilan yung audience dahil ang dami ng nakatayo at di na nila masabihan lahat. haller, kasi naman show yun, mapipigilan mo ba yung mga tao kung gusto nila sumayaw.

he's a good performer din. love his voice. favorite part is the queen medley. grabe, worth it ang pagputol ng tulog ko para dito! michael johns is way, way hotter in person!! :love:

All i can say is WOW!

If you would have told me a year ago i would be in the Philippines playing shows and looking at billboards of myself, i would've thought you were crazy. I am truly having a blast here in Manila. The people have been so warm and friendly. They love American Idol and MUSIC. Man is this country a music mad place. They have many talented singers here too. I got to sing on TV here a show called ASAP. Three girls sang with me. Sarah, Rachel and Jeng. Very good singers i was impressed.
I played my first show last night to about 2000+ It was so surreal to see all these people having fun and rocking out. I wanted them to stand up and dance more but security would not let them boo. I have three more shows and they are going to bigger and better. Im sure you'll get video of it all.
I want to say thank you for all the early buzz you have shown me about Another Christmas. It is a song i never intended releasing. It was written for my family a couple of years ago as a presant. However when i showed it to a few people recently they flipped out and said people have to hear this. I then went to my friend Nancy O'Dell and told her i wanted to donate all proceeds to charity. I asked her if i could make her main charity's ALS and the Red Cross the recipients. It will be available Dec 9th on Itunes everywhere. My David Foster and Friends is out on DVD as Nov 11th. It is such a great concert and a great Christmas presant too haha. The Documentary i help score Dont Look Down about Shaun White is out on ESPN Jan 2nd with the DVD coming out a week later. So as you see i have been busy! I can't thank AI and you guys for all the opportunities i have once more. All because you guys kept your votes coming in.

As always thanks for the support and well wishing. I am still working hard on the Album and it will be out Feb/March 09'

Nakulangan ako sa energy ng crowd. Sa TriNoma kasi, we were really ready to stand up na talaga. Atleast dun sa side namin. Eh dito parang, people were contented seating. The audience outside the barricade was waaay better. Ewan ko, dahil kasi puro VIP yung nasa harap? Haha!

Anyway, I sooo love It's All Wrong But It's All Right. Se-xy! And finally I heard him sing THE Bohemian Rhapsody. The snippet of Another Christmas was another hot one. Pati yung Bantay Banta! That was so funny, hahaha!
