Source please kung meron.:naughty:
Gawa-gawa lang kasi naman ito.
Ang primetime rate ng ABS-CBN halos kapareha lang ng pang-hapong rate ng GMA7

just a reference:
This article was from 2007 during the national elections. and take not the 30% discount. so the rates should be higher. just to give you an idea:
ABS-CBN:
30-percent discount
Although ABS-CBN hesitated to provide projected earnings from political ads, the network’s Corporate Communications office sent via e-mail its rate card for political ads.
“Political ads are discounted 30 percent compared to regular ads,” Osorio said.
The regular rate for prime time shows is P301,133 for a 30-second ad.
For prime time shows like the nightly news show “TV Patrol” and weekly programs like “Sharon” and “Maalaala Mo Kaya,” political ads cost P183,299 per 30 seconds. Or roughly P6,000 per second.
For weekend noontime show “A.S.A.P. ’07,” the rate is P119,977 and for the afternoon show biz talk show, “The Buzz,” P109,424.
For dzMM, ABS-CBN’s AM radio station, ad rates for political ads range from P13,910 to P17,900 per 30 seconds.
For dwRR, ABS-CBN’s FM radio station, political ad rates range from P2,490 to P3,980 per 30 seconds.

Nakuha mo mas malaki nang 500,000 ang kita nang ABS kaysa sa GMA, considering limited ang add nang ABS 18 minutes per hr sa one to sawa sa GMA (airtime revenue yan for adds wala pa ang other sources of income like TFC and Pinoy tv). So talagang mas mahal mag pa add sa ABS kaysa sa GMA kaya si AGB rating talagang numbers lang para pasayahin ang mga kapuso other than that hindi rin pinag kakatiwalaan nang mga advertisers.

Off the shelves, off the air

IT’S not only on SM Supermarket shelves that Colgate toothpaste and Palmolive shampoo are missing these days.
Avid Kapamilya viewers have not seen Colgate and Palmolive commercials since April this year over a pricing disagreement with broadcasting giant ABS-CBN.
The war erupted over a recent demand by Colgate-Palmolive Philippines for ABS-CBN to slash by half the price of its advertising placement slots.
Industry sources said ABS-CBN found this hard to swallow, especially in view of the 18-minute-per hour industry-prescribed maximum advertising load that it strictly adheres to. But while painfully letting go of the estimated P400-million-a-year Colgate-Palmolive ad business, ABS-CBN took heart from the long queue of other consumer good merchants wanting to advertise during its primetime shows.
Colgate, on the other hand, has found solace in ABS-CBN’s rival, GMA Network. As to these networks’ squabble over TV ratings, that’s another long-running juicy saga. Doris C. Dumlao
