I'll try hanging on a bar by myself this Friday, anything I can do while in there?

SO that's it. I want to go to bar without my friends. So anything I can do like for example picking up on girls who are also alone (what's the best pick up line) or maybe just dining (any delicacy offered in bars that is not found in any other place?)... any suggestion?

What can you do in a bar? I guess, drink. Try that bar's specialty drink. As for delicacies that you can't find anywhere else, bihira lang yon. And as for picking up girl... hmmm... well, just don't come on too strong. Don't use cheesy pick-up lines. I think a simple introduction and offer to buy her a drink will do. GOOD LUCK!

i strongly suggest u sit at the bar so that if u get bored, u can always talk to the bartender. Look friendly and approachable (read: not manyak) so it'll be easier for the girls to take your pick-up lines. No matter how cheesy they may be. Tried and tested: If u see a girl taking out a cig, offer her a light. Then strike a conversation. Might not get anywhere but at least u tried.... ;)

unified, jez curious.. I dunno how Starbucks is ovah there but I think it would be sorta okay to chill there instead of a bar for now... I mean... I love spending time by myself and whenever I'm at starbucks jez reading a magazine, smoking and drinking coffee, conversations with the opposite sex seem to be sooo easy....

but in case you do decide to chill at the bar.. i think, don't use any pick up lines... jez strike up a conversation... or use the classic pick up line.. "May I buy you a drink?"

Try making friends with the person besides you. I'm sure they can lead you into some ways that can make it memorable. Like looking for a girl or the right alcohol to drink. When they say cheesy pick-up lines. They're referring to corny introductions that can make you a girl laugh at you and think your stupid. The best thing to do is introduce yourself to a girl the natural way. Don't start up by saying "I like your hair" or something like that. Just be yourself, and don't forget your confidence. It gives the "Macho Impression" but don't be too "mayabang." Don't think of sex or something like that right away to a girl that caught your eye first. Think of a way on how you can be nice to her. DISKARTE lang yan tsong!

If you want sex, look for gays. They usually sell flesh at the bar. They can give you contact numbers or even set you up for a Hot Night. Some bartenders know those things and are open to their customers bout it.

Every person in a bar are open to conversations. Some are for business contacts, some sex and some just for attention.

...I just prefer to enjoy alcohol consumption with friends rather than by myself. Anytime I drink on my own would probably when I wouldn't wanna be bothered by ANYONE!!!
