Yung mga namamatid, patagong siko, tuhod, nandudura, nanunundot ng mata...yung mga ang intensyon ay di lamang dumepensa o mangintimidate kundi ang gusto ay manakit.

No offense brod (that is your personal opinion) but I think that has been forgiven and forgotten. We have learned to move on.

I don't think that there is such a thing as a "dirtiest" team but there are "dirty" players in almost every team. Every team needs an "enforcer", an intimidating factor to put muscle into the team and I feel that there is nothing wrong with that...that makes basketball...basketball...and separate the men from the boys.

Last year kasi talaga naman dapat maging pisikal laban sa lions kasi yamado sila. Ang laki ng import nyo tapos meron pa kayong magpropropesyonal na so ano naman ang gagawin namin. Alangan namang pabayaan lang namin kayong manalo.

Jose Rizal University reached its first finals appearance in seven years after squeaking past Letran in a thrilling 63-61 victory in the 84th NCAA basketball final four at the Cuneta Astrodome.

The Heavy Bombers were down by three points with two minutes left but went through John Wilson and James Sena while making a game-saving stop at the last possession to secure the win.

Sena finished with 13 points and 11 rebounds as he scored a finger roll off the post with 31.2 ticks to go that erased a 61-60 deficit.

Marc Cagoco finished with 11 points despite a 3-of-17 shooting from the field while Wilson hit 10 points, including a layup off a Kojack Melegrito turnover with 1:08 left that cut Letran’s lead to a point.

On the game’s last possession, RJ Jazul drove to the basket but was blocked by Wilson as JRU preserved the victory. That said play forced Letran to file a protest, claiming that there should have been a foul in favor of Jazul.

The last time JRU made it to the finals was in 2001 where they eventually lost to San Sebastian as MVP Nani Epondulan and Ariel Capus led the squad.

Obviously it is a precedent to enforce rules, not to get back at any school which you presume to be CSB's intention. Malicious intent you say? Prove it first before you talk "seriously" about flawed rules. Everyone knows that the rulebook mutitates every season and yet you saw a different perspective in how the protest was lodged. Did we benefit from it? Of course not. Since when did we get "special treatment" for rules? We were never preferred unlike San Beda wherein they were accomodated by MANCOM to wear "vintage uniforms" many seasons ago when Arjun Cordero was still playing for the Lions and you guys were celebrating the golden days of the Red Lions in the league.

Your frustration is duly noted and I for one do not consider a technical win as a win on the hardcourt. It is the law that the NCAA MANCOM enforces. We are not in a position to use rules in our favor since we also violate the rule, and therefore seek equality when it comes to rules. Does it bother you that we can win technicalities? Ask the other schools that won before us, even the ones in the UAAP. Surely, you can understand that. And you don't have to demonize us. A bitter pill to swallow but it's over since the end of the first round of this season. We all have to move on.
