JEANS for guys: To wear or no to wear..?

I have always thought that only tall guys with 'long'? legs look good in jeans (I'm not referring to the baggy hip-hop ones, but the Levi's 501 types of jeans..u know)...and I consider myself short (5'5) for an 18 yr old college guy so I shy away from jeans. :shy:

By the way, I have pretty wide shoulders and a slim waist- so everything else as is and only height considered, I'm ok.

hmm jeans...well, you just have to find the right fit for you. your youth can be somewhat of a burden because the 'uso' jeans among your peers are those loose/baggy types, right(well, i'm really not too sure..this is what i see among the young ones nowadays)? How about getting a not too baggy pair? like relaxed fit, not too tight and not too baggy....as for the 501s, they're for longer legs and leaner bodies.

Whew! Thanks guys. But its still hard to get over the jeans phobia though.... ever since I was in hs, I only wore jeans for CAT....hehehe :lol:
Hmmmm...mebbe I'll buy a pair soon....what do you think?
By the way, what do you think is the best brand for guys? I'm thinking Levi's....Girbaud looks too extreme...Giordano' s too 'ho-hum'....is Buffalo ok?
