I don't see any rational reason for legalizing this.

Until teachers learn how to use the internet properly, it'll probably remain legal for most classrooms. Anything is about as legal as the ability to get away with it.

Just take the word plagiarism...it is ILLEGAL...can never be LEGAL.

Why would anybody want to legalize plagiarism? Kung meron mang may gusto, ang bigat siguro ng dahilan niya/nila para i-advocate ito.
