SNEAKERS or RUBBER SHOES?

And what outfit match these shoes?

Ok, my one exception to the rule is the Adidas Samba classic. But then nobody really wears the Samba for football/futsal anymore.

Most of my coworkers wear them outside when we go drinking.

It is as good as using it for indoor soccer and in the bar. ;)

You can basically pair that, just like any other non flambouyant sneakers, with anything. From shorts to jeans. I think even kilts.


Besides, I have considered them as a sneaker. It is flat, casual looking, simple and versatile.

IMO bagay sa jeans yung mga classic at slim na sport shoe styles katulad ng Adidas Classic (Samba, Gazelle at Stan Smith) at Converse Chuck Taylor o Jack Purcell (bagay din sa chinos ang Chucks at Jacks).

Ireserve mo sa gym o sa game yung mga high tech at chunky na shoes (Air Jordans, Le Bronne etc.)

I like some sneakers from creative recreation...yung mga simple and plain colored, dicoco low, torrio models...preferrably black and white. :)

I actually have, in the way of sneakers:
3 pairs of sambas: 1 classic in black w/ white stripes (same as pictured above), 1 millennium in white with red stripes, another in black with yellow/green/yellow stripes
2 chucks hi-tops: 1 in optical white which is now quite dirty (and will stay that way), and one in off-white which i keep clean
2 pumas, one brown another white (probably used less than 5x each)
1 pony in white/gray which I rarely use since i got the chucks
1 generic white sneaker (looks like a JP, w/o the 'smile') which I rarely use

Of all of these, the samba classic and the dirty chucks are my favorites.

I'm thinking of disposing of the pumas and one or two of the sambas and replacing them with low-cut chucks or the leather jack purcell in black and one or more pairs of brown leather shoes, boots, or boat shoes.

Good idea?

Mas maganda ang white chucks kapag madumi pero kung gusto mo ng ibang versatile na color edi mag black ka nalang.

Maganda ang chucks kaso nga lang sobrang dulas sa mga wet surfaces. IMO dahil papunta na ang rainy season dito sa Pinas mas maganda sigurong choice ang Adidas Samba.

Well it really depends, may binabagayan ika nga...

Most of us Pinoys kasi nasanay sa Jeans+sneakers....

But sometimes I rock Jeans+Rubber Shoes. But you must know what type of rubber shoes...mostly I pair the jeans with Jordan Retros...and wag yung maluwag na jeans ha....*okay*

pero tingnan mo muna kung bagay talaga...
