[Civil Disobedience]

Okay, I don't know where this kind of topic should supposedly fit, but the general question would be, what can you say about ROTC? (Do the universities and colleges there in Manila even require ROTC as a course?) Personally, I think it's pure nonsense, and serve no kind of purpose whatsoever, and should be scrapped, etc... Please say something.
