Alam ko na yung dating mga folds na yung typical at tsaka yung merong tail basta ang hirap iexplain hehe kasi walang picture but anyway itong tupi na ito bago ko lang nakikita to sa mga actors.

Pag pinasok ko sa loob di rin naman pepede kasi nagmumukhang short sleeve lang pano kaya ito?

I think your'e simply talking about the typical fold and you can start folding it from the bottom upon wearing it or upon a hanger without even folding first the 3/4 of its length - this would just double up

I think the fold on the picture is kinda different the fold is like hidden inside and not outside and that is not the typical type of fold that you are saying
