well it does make you sweat faster and alot more, and in addition it makes you really warm for a longer period of time though the room is fully ventilated and aired, probably would result in more calorie loss (?).

You'd lose weight but it's primarily water which you would regain upon removing the suit and drinking. You'd only dehydrate yourself in the process which would hinder training overall. Peace.

Yup. In order to lose bodyfat, you need to create a calorie deficit or burn more calories than what you take in. Peace.

You need to do activities that make you keep burning calories even after the workout. Interval training and strength training are your best bets with strength training being the first

Since a pound of fat is 3,500 calories, what you can do is decrease your total calories per day by 500 in order to "meet the mark" upon week's end (since the recommended is 1-2 lbs/week). On the other hand, you can maintain your calorie intake while increasing your activity. The thing with losing weight is it's primarily trial and error by experimenting and seeing what works best for you. Peace.
