Is there such a thing as Flat Black Nail Polish?

No, I am not doing my nails. I am retouching some chipped spots on my mobile phone and my notebook.

I could use ship model paint (Tamiya), but nail polish could be cheaper, and has a brush attached to the cap.

So, is there such stuff? Where can I get some?
