Each group will play a single-round elimination to determine the top four teams from each division that will play in the quarterfinals in a 1 vs. 4, 2 vs. 3 knockout towards the semifinals. The semifinalists from each group will again play a knockout game for the Championship round. The tournament will be played under FIBA rules. -inbounpass.com

So technically may "final four" for both groups. Lemme just make that clear.

Last year's Final Four:

San Beda v.s. UE (San Beda won)
DLSU v.s. NU (DLSU won)

Then DLSU beat San Beda in the final game.
