Here are my UAAP Uniform memories, Let's start with:

La Salle:
- NCAA Days (about 1975): Simple uniform like Crispa-Floro (design of 3rd Conf., 1975) with v-style stripes in left and right side of the shorts and a simple line in the lower shoulder and DLS script and COLLEGE putting in the middle of DLS.
- UAAP Days (1986-mid-1990s; 2004-2005)- It's like the Boston Celtics uniform minus the 2 stripes in the left & right side of the shorts (Note: These unifoms wore once again in 2004 and 2005 respecitvely. K-Swiss for 2004 and Accel and Globe for 2005 as their sponsors)(Sponsor: Kaypee)
- 1998-2003-Championship Days: 2-stripes V-neck uniform and Square-shape with a green stripe in the left and right side of the uniform.And the shorts had also Square-shape with a green stripe with extension in the down part. Changes had been added during those years, from 1998-2000, the font was a bit Impact. It later change to Arial in 2001 until 2003. (Sponsor: FILA, 1998-2002 and Adidas, 2003)
- 2007: It's like the Duke University uniform but the design of the shorts had shorter curves than Duke.(Sponsor: Accel and Globe)

Ateneo
- UAAP Days (early 1980s): Very simple v-neck with ATENEO in front with the number and shorts is also very simple with the number putting it in the right side.
- UAAP Days (Olsen Racela Days?):Simple uniform with V-neck simple blue and the Ateneo logo in the right side and the Adidas logo in the left and the number is in the chest.Three stripes is also in the left and right side of the uniform. (Sponsor: Adidas)
- UAAP Days (late 1990's?-2001): Simple v-neck (ala-LA Lakers) uniform but no stripes in the shoulders and the shorts had two stripes with extension plus a stripe in the middle of two stripes. Putting in the jersey are ATENEO in the chest and the number respectivelyIn 2001, they incidentally made their retro jersey, the '88 days but still same design in the shorts but in the jersey, same as the Ra-Ra Racela days. (Sponsor: Guess)
- 2002-2003: V-neck (like Purefoods TJH old unis. the time they won the PBA Govs. Cup in the same year) simple with stripes in left and right side of the uniform. (Sponsor: Nike for 2002, Adidas for 2003,and Smart)
- 2004: Simple with Two stripes and v-neck. In the left and right side of the unis., there was a rectangular stripe which is big. The font is also changed from the Ra-ra Racela days to Times New Roman?. (Sponsor: Adidas)
- 2005-2006: Curvy 2 stripe in the uniform and three stripes in the left and right side of the uniform. (Sponsor: Adidas and Talk N' Text)Note: In 2006, the sponsor patches have been exchanged.
- 2007-Present: 2 L-something stripe in the left and right side but still with three stripes. (Sponsor: Adidas and Talk N' Text)

i like the jersey of ateneo during the 2001 finals. simple plain blue (or white) with just the small logo of ateneo near the chest and the number. simple.

FEU since 2002 is a steady Nike Sponsored Team...

Pardon me but after 2001, I'm turned off with the way the UST Tigers design their jerseys. It's like cartoons. Better stay with Sto. Tomas or Plain UST on the jersey guys...like the designs of 2001 and 2005

Ateneo too. I saw it on YouTube when ADMU defeated DLSU by 20 pts. (Battle of 1999's Most Oustanding: P. ROnquillo and J. Uichico).

An addition

DLSU
mid-1990's-1997: Same as 1986-mid-1990s; 2004-2005 but this time, it's v-neck and the garter of the shorts has a green stripe in the middle. (Sponsor: Reebook)

ADMU
mid-1990's-1997: It only have a stripe in the downside of the curves of the uniform. In the left and right side of the unis., there was a rectangular stripe which is big. Yung garter ng shorts, plain white lang, ayaw makisabay sa big stripe. Regarding the font, medyo Times New Roman na may texture tapos yung numbers,medyo Arial. Yung "ATENEO" at yung number, nasa chest tapos yung logo ng Ateneo nasa right habang yung old RBK logo, nasa left, naka-rectangle pa-nga eh. Note: their warups were like yung nasa NBA nung decade na iyon(Sponsor: Reebok)

2002: Very simple but the "Warriors" script was just like the Golden State Warriors of the NBA. V-neck na ala-LA Lakers.
2004: Same as the uniform of the Orlando Magic of the NBA. (Sponsor: Converse)

You are really right, Bahay_Kubo. Sana lahat lalo na yung 2003 La Salle Uniform na sponsor ng Adidas (Sana eto ulit yung uniform nila par ama-feel ni Mariehofer at iba pa).Magpapaagawa kasi ako ng sariling ganito

sa ngayon, UP at UST lang ang naka-Accel uniforms. FEU and UE have Nike as their sponsors. La Salle switched from Accel to Adidas beginning Season 71. Ateneo and Adamson have been sponsored by Adidas for quite some time now. ang NU, hindi ko alam kung saan galing ang jerseys nila.

pero huwag ka, may halong swerte ang Accel uniforms. UST had Accel uniforms when it won the championship title in 2006. La Salle won the 2007 championship title in Accel uniforms. ;)

wala din pati akong pakialam kung pangit ba ang design ng Accel uniforms o hindi. hindi naman fashion show ang UAAP kundi pagalingan sa larong basketball e. maganda nga ang jersey mo, kulelat ka naman, di ba?

p.s.: ang talagang may SUMPA na uniforms- Adidas. itanong mo pa sa mga Atenista. :naughty: :lol:

jeffjan: wala talagang problema sa akin ang Accel. kahit pa tinitira ng iba yung design ng jerseys na galing sa kanila up to a point na pang inter-barangay daw ang Accel designs, ang importante ay maganda ang serbisyo na ibinibigay ng Accel sa sponsored teams nila. UP and UST can attest to that. :)

basta, para sa akin, swerte ang Accel uniforms kaya sana talaga hindi na lang lumipat ang La Salle sa "malas" Adidas. :D

Ganda, very simple. Just the La Salle in front of the jersey then the logo of Reebok sa Left...

And as far as UAAP jerseys are concerned, I think the best are FEU's 2005 and 2006 Nike Uniforms. The materials (Fabric) were imported and I think it's the first time in the UAAP to have jerseys with Striped Heat Pressed fabric I don't know what to call that hahaha...anyway it's dri-fit*okay*

Nung pre-game, nake white-jersey blue shorts yung ATENEO.

Yung UE naman, noong 2002, parang PISTONS yung design or yung 2004 PCU pero yung script, GSW ng NBA.

UE
Part 2
1981: May medyo three stripes then WARRIORS na medyo script-styled tapos may patch na circle something (Pls. inform me about this) I think number yun ng player.Nakalagya sa baba yung UE script. V-neck.
1982?:Parang Kansas City Kings unifrom ng NBA.Parang may patch na circle something (Pls. inform me about this).
1983?: Parang LA Lakers ng NBA pero V-neck pero may rainbow-shaped script yung WARRIORS tapos yung UE athletic logo (na makikita niyo sa UE gym sa manila).
1984-?:Parang ATENEO Unis noong early 90's tapos yung UE na nakalagay sa right, parang OLD ENGLISH na font.yung number, parang yung sa Chicago Bulls ng NBA.May three stripes sa entire unis. (Sponsor: Adidas)
?: V-neck tapos yung curves, black. UE na medyo maayos na ang font sa center ng jersey tapos white yung number. May white line sa left and right ng shorts.
2000's?: Simple pero yung V-neck parang Ateneo noong 2002 pero may Warrior logo sa baba tapos WARRIORS script na pa-rainbow yung style.(Sponsor: Nike)
2006: V-Neck tapos yung big line sa l&r may baliktad na L something tapos pag home, WARRIORS yung nakalagay taos UE pag away.
2007: V-neck tapos may line something sa may v-neck section.UE Font is like nung 2004 tapos number din.Yung l&r side, may diagonal big line something na may 2 lines sa left and right ng jersey(Sponsor: Nike)

UST
2002: Very simple like 2006 pero UST nakalagy na yung font parang Brgy. Ginebra Kings ng PBA.V-neck.(Sponsor: Accel)
2005: Simple tapos C-neck at yung curves, black.May tiger skin sa left and right side ng taasan ng jersey. STO.TOMAS(or SANTO TOMAS) yung nakalagay. (Sponsor: Accel)
2006: C-neck.Very simple yung curves ng jersey, kulay din ng unis..A growling tiger face tapos white with black outline na nakalagay SANTO TOMAS. The champ unis. (Sponsor: Accel)
2007: V-neck parang Shell Turbo Chargers (yung last nila) tapos may black and yellow curves throughout the uniform.Nakalagay sa chest, same as 2006.May tiger skin sa babaan ng jersey.(Sponsor: Accel)

FEU

Here are my UAAP Uniform memories, Let's start with:

La Salle:
- NCAA Days (about 1975): Simple uniform like Crispa-Floro (design of 3rd Conf., 1975) with v-style stripes in left and right side of the shorts and a simple line in the lower shoulder and DLS script and COLLEGE putting in the middle of DLS.
- UAAP Days (1986-mid-1990s; 2004-2005)- It's like the Boston Celtics uniform minus the 2 stripes in the left & right side of the shorts (Note: These unifoms wore once again in 2004 and 2005 respecitvely. K-Swiss for 2004 and Accel and Globe for 2005 as their sponsors)(Sponsor: Kaypee)
- 1998-2003-Championship Days: 2-stripes V-neck uniform and Square-shape with a green stripe in the left and right side of the uniform.And the shorts had also Square-shape with a green stripe with extension in the down part. Changes had been added during those years, from 1998-2000, the font was a bit Impact. It later change to Arial in 2001 until 2003. (Sponsor: FILA, 1998-2002 and Adidas, 2003)
- 2007: It's like the Duke University uniform but the design of the shorts had shorter curves than Duke.(Sponsor: Accel and Globe)

Ateneo
- NCAA Days: Parang Boston Celtics ng NBA. That's why they won so many championships with NCAA.
- UAAP Days (early 1980s): Very simple v-neck with ATENEO in front with the number and shorts is also very simple with the number putting it in the right side.
- UAAP Days (Olsen Racela Days?):Simple uniform with V-neck simple blue and the Ateneo logo in the right side and the Adidas logo in the left and the number is in the chest.Three stripes is also in the left and right side of the uniform. (Sponsor: Adidas)
- UAAP Days (late 1990's?-2001): Simple v-neck (ala-LA Lakers) uniform but no stripes in the shoulders and the shorts had two stripes with extension plus a stripe in the middle of two stripes. Putting in the jersey are ATENEO in the chest and the number respectivelyIn 2001, they incidentally made their retro jersey, the '88 days but still same design in the shorts but in the jersey, same as the Ra-Ra Racela days. (Sponsor: Guess)
- 2002-2003: V-neck (like Purefoods TJH old unis. the time they won the PBA Govs. Cup in the same year) simple with stripes in left and right side of the uniform. The font is also changed from the Ra-ra Racela days to Times New Roman?.(Sponsor: Nike for 2002, Adidas for 2003,and Smart)
- 2004: Simple with Two stripes and v-neck. In the left and right side of the unis., there was a rectangular stripe which is big. (Sponsor: Adidas)

the old english text in the la salle uniforms are a classic. i don't know if there's any other team uniform that bore the same team logo as long as the archers' jersey logo.

it has been an identity together with the rich tradition of de la salle athletics.

Well one time pa nga yung LA SALLE did not used that Old English text.Instead. they used like this, very simple: LA SALLE .Note: ang unis ay paran yung 1986-early 1990s;2004-2005.I think NCAA days ito.

correction lang bro, Telan's rookie year at DLSU was 1993, he played until 1997.

kaya 1996 kasi 2nd round yan na natalo ng Eagles ang Archers. ewan ko kung mga 30-40 pts ata.

Yung "ATENEO" at yung number, nasa chest tapos yung logo ng Ateneo nasa right habang yung old RBK logo, nasa left, naka-rectangle pa-nga eh. i like the jersey of ateneo during the 2001 finals. simple plain blue (or white) with just the small logo of ateneo near the chest and the number. simple.

it was a throwback during the 1988 uaap championship wherein danny francisco and co. wore the same kind of jersey when they beat la salle in the finals...

Here are my UAAP Uniform memories:
Ateneo
- NCAA Days: Parang Boston Celtics ng NBA. That's why they won so many championships with NCAA.
- NCAA Days (1975-?):Parang Royal Tru Orang ng PBA minus the belt.Sa jersey, may whole ADMU logo tapos may number sa entire chest.
- UAAP Days (early 1980s): Very simple v-neck with ATENEO in front with the number and shorts is also very simple with the number putting it in the right side.
- UAAP Days (late 1980s-early 1990's): Very simple v-neck with ATENEO in front with the number and shorts is also very simple with the number putting it in the right side.This time, it was upgraded, with the alt. ADMU logo.
- UAAP Days (Olsen Racela Days?):Simple uniform with V-neck simple blue and the Ateneo logo in the right side and the Adidas logo in the left and the number is in the chest.Three stripes is also in the left and right side of the uniform. (Sponsor: Adidas)
-UAAP Days:mid-1990's-1997: It only have a stripe in the downside of the curves of the uniform. In the left and right side of the unis., there was a rectangular stripe which is big. Yung garter ng shorts, plain white lang, ayaw makisabay sa big stripe. Regarding the font, medyo Times New Roman na may texture tapos yung numbers,medyo Arial. Yung "ATENEO" at yung number, nasa chest tapos yung logo ng Ateneo nasa right habang yung old RBK logo, nasa left, naka-rectangle pa-nga eh. Note: their warups were like yung nasa NBA nung decade na iyon(Sponsor: Reebok)
- UAAP Days (late 1990's?-2001): Simple v-neck (ala-LA Lakers) uniform but no stripes in the shoulders and the shorts had two stripes with extension plus a stripe in the middle of two stripes. Putting in the jersey are ATENEO in the chest and the number respectivelyIn 2001, they incidentally made their retro jersey, the '88 days but still same design in the shorts but in the jersey, same as the Ra-Ra Racela days. (Sponsor: Guess)
- 2002-2003: V-neck (like Purefoods TJH old unis. the time they won the PBA Govs. Cup in the same year) simple with stripes in left and right side of the uniform. The font is also changed from the Ra-ra Racela days to Times New Roman?.(Sponsor: Nike for 2002, Adidas for 2003,and Smart)
- 2004: Simple with Two stripes and v-neck. In the left and right side of the unis., there was a rectangular stripe which is big. (Sponsor: Adidas)
- 2005-2006: Curvy 2 stripe in the uniform and three stripes in the left and right side of the uniform. (Sponsor: Adidas and Talk N' Text)Note: In 2006, the sponsor patches have been exchanged.
- 2007-Present: 2 L-something stripe in the left and right side but still with three stripes (only on shorts).Inspired by Adidas' Artillery design of ? Pls. inform me(Sponsor: Adidas and Talk N' Text)

2002: Very simple like 2006 pero UST nakalagy na yung font parang Brgy. Ginebra Kings ng PBA.V-neck.May tiger skin sa L&R ng jesrsey at sides ng uniform.Sa baba, simple yellow with 1 black outline sa taasan.(Sponsor: Accel)
2003: Yung curves ng jersey,Black sa L&R habang white sa gitna.May tiger skin sa left and right side ng taasan ng jersey.UST Growling Tiger na logo.(Sponsor: Accel)

I don't like the color green of DLSU from that season. Too dark and dirty in my opinion. Mas maganda yung 2004 version (or is 2003?), the one which K-Swiss was the sponsor.

Tha unifrom you are reffing to that K-Swiss is just a throwback from their first uniform in UAAP.Yeah it was 2004 but it was also used in 2005 but this time, it was Accel and Globe whoo took over from that K-Swiss.

sa pagkakaalam ko ha?, katulad din yan ng mga past jerseys nila during 1996-1997, pero kapag gold ang jersey nila noong 2001, black ang fonts. halos magkatulad rin yan noong 2005, yun lang wala masydong burluloy sa ibang parts ng jersey hehehe

I wish Ateneo kept their jerseys the same way and just altered the design or something. Papalit-palit sila ng lettering, font, etc. It would have been nice to keep it more "traditional", the way they're doing it now ever since the 2002 championship.

A volcano is an opening, or rupture, in a planet's surface or crust, which allows hot, molten rock, ash, and gases to escape from below the surface. Volcanic activity involving the extrusion of rock tends to form mountains or features like mountains over a period of time. The word volcano is derived from Italian vulcano, after Vulcan, the Roman god of fire.[1]

Volcanoes are generally found where tectonic plates are diverging or converging. A mid-oceanic ridge, for example the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, has examples of volcanoes caused by divergent tectonic plates pulling apart; the Pacific Ring of Fire has examples of volcanoes caused by convergent tectonic plates coming together. By contrast, volcanoes are usually not created where two tectonic plates slide past one another. At the mid-oceanic ridges, two tectonic plates diverge from one another. New oceanic crust is being formed by hot molten rock slowly cooling and solidifying. The crust is very thin at mid-oceanic ridges due to the pull of the tectonic plates. The release of pressure due to the thinning of the crust leads to adiabatic expansion, and the partial melting of the mantle causing volcanism and creating new oceanic crust. Most divergent plate boundaries are at the bottom of the oceans, therefore most volcanic activity is submarine, forming new seafloor. Black smokers or deep sea vents are an example of this kind of volcanic activity. Where the mid-oceanic ridge is above sea-level, volcanic islands are formed, for example, Iceland.

Subduction zones are places where two plates, usually an oceanic plate and a continental plate, collide. In this case, the oceanic plate subducts, or submerges under the continental plate forming a deep ocean trench just offshore. Water released from the subducting plate lowers the melting temperature of the overlying mantle wedge, creating magma. This magma tends to be very viscous due to its high silica content, so often does not reach the surface and cools at depth. When it does reach the surface, a volcano is formed. Typical examples for this kind of volcano are Mount Etna and the volcanoes in the Pacific Ring of Fire.

Hotspots are not usually located on the ridges of tectonic plates, but above mantle plumes, where the convection of the Earth's mantle creates a column of hot material that rises until it reaches the crust, which tends to be thinner than in other areas of the Earth. The temperature of the plume causes the crust to melt and form pipes, which can vent magma. Because the tectonic plates move whereas the mantle plume remains in the same place, each volcano becomes dormant after a while and a new volcano is then formed as the plate shifts over the hotspot. The Hawaiian Islands are thought to be formed in such a manner, as well as the Snake River Plain, with the Yellowstone Caldera being the part of the North American plate currently above the hot spot.

CSB always wear their black jersey as their dark jersey. they never (or should I say are allowed) to wear green as the primary color.

Every school do change their uniforms every year. With the exception of DLSU a few years back when they had that same design for years.

UST is actually consistent with that tiger stripes pattern.
