^ ya, i think, pnapalaki lang ang issue, mag-apply and Lyceum pwd pa but they mus come in pair (2 schools).

the NCAA can just dumped PCU. bago mangyari un, PCU will undergo probation season first before totally kick-out of the NCAA.

As far as i know, hindi papalitan ang PCU.. NCAA mancom will not do that,..tsaka in case man na papasok sa NCAA ang Lyceum at kung sino mang school they undergo into process, it takes months para pag aralan ng board iyon before they can join...and there's no rule na dapat eh 8 teams lang ang pwede sa NCAA...they can add schools without kicking the others out. Should they decided na hindi man pasalihin ang PCU for this comming season, it doesnt mean na papalitan sila ng ibang school...

Since we all know that the result will be announce last April 18 and till now eh wala pa, i want to think possitive na kaya nag tagal at hanggang ngayon ay wala pang decision dahil siguro eh na consider yung appeal ng PCU to lift the suspension for this comming season.. what do you think?

agree din ako na dagdagan na lang ang NCAA current teams...from 8 to 9 maybe even 10 para masaya....i also agree with chain_saw, PCU is also competitive with all sports sa NCAA...

Lyceum has thier own import too. Nakita ko lang sa FEU gym last Saturday. 6'6 or 6'7 black guy. Hindi ko lang nakita yong laro.

No one's passing judgment on Lyceum. This is a thread regarding an alleged news that Lyceum is set to join the NCAA. Any school that is eyeing a membership in the league should be placed under the microscope. Incidents like the one I narrated should be put in mind in evaluating a school's application.

CSB din naman nung naadmit kami last minute saka pa lang napili ang LSGH para maging Junior Affiliate High School. CSB is an autonomous college, having no direct connection with LSGH. "De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde is not directly connected with its high school affiliate, La Salle Green Hills (LSGH), except that they are both administered by the Lasallian Brothers. As a result, LSGH labels "St. Benilde" instead of "La Salle" on their jerseys." UAAP's DLSU also has the same case, having DLSZ as their Junior team.

PCU's Baby Dolphin's Junior Affiliate on the other hand, is Philippine Christian University Union High School.

Having said that, I guess Lyceum(or any other school trying to apply for membership in the league for that matter) could find a worthy Junior Affiliate even though it is not their direct high school counterpart.

While on the topic, Mapua did not even field a high school team for the last few years, and it didnt seem to matter at all.

UM Hawks is a founding former member of NCAA... Kung sasama sila e d ok na... And besides, UM Hawks is malakas na team yan. Lyceum malakas lang yan sa Volleyball women. How about the rest?! Diba?!

nagpapractice na sa gym kanina yung mga cheerdancers para sa opening ng NCAA season 84. and unfortunately, ang winelcome lang nila sa tarpaulin dun ay yung cheerers from 6 remaining teams..walang PCU...so i guess wala ulit ang PCU this season.
