What are your thoughts with regards to the recent turn of events in the impeachment trial in connection with your being a student?

For the most selfish of reasons, I am worried that I might not graduate because of all these. A revolution is not a far-fetch idea right now. With a revolution, classes may get suspended indefinitely and hence, I will not be able to finish the last semester (hopefully) of my college education.

It is an understatement to say that this is a very sad day for the Filipino people. Today is one of the bleakest moments in Philippine history.

i watched part of it while doing my project...and i could just imagine how the whole nation (both pro and anti) looked like during those moments. my mom and dad, an anti-erap and a pro-erap was glued to the tv all night and muntik na silang mag-away.

dalawa pa lang sila nyan ha...pano kaya kung nagkaharap ang maraming anti at ang maraming pro...haaayyyy... :(

uptowngirl, let's just hope that everything turns out well fo the Filipino students...

I'm very sad about what happened. I have never joined a rally before, and I think it's about time that I do. I'm sure na maraming mga rally na magaganap, so malamang madalas 'yung suspension of classes for a day or two-- medyo ok pa sa 'kin 'to... But to have classes suspended indefinitely is sad.

i think that it's plain mockery regarding what happened in what is probably the last day of the impeachment trial. some senator-judges didn't vote according to the interest to find the truth but rather only to satisfy themselves of the financial gain and favors they will receive after the trial.

though i think it would be really sad that school would be disrupted, i don't think there will be no choice. if the situation won't improve, MEANING, the accused will not resign, then us, students will have to make a stand. though i haven't joined any rallies, and concentrated so hard on my sudies because i believe so that we students are the future of this country and we must do our part to uplift our country in the near future when we finally gradute. but i really think that this time is a different scenario. i think it will be time to speak and stand out.

Actually, since the beginning of this chaos,I'm on the street protesting, shouting, and trying to touch the heart of erap so that he'll resign!!! ..but unfortunately this creature is like a reincarnation of lucifer, he does'nt care if the country and the people will suffer!!! I think as students we must realize the importance of learning!!! And now, is our best oppurtunity to learn!!! A school is not the only place to learn!!! What is the importance of learning inside the school if the system that we are trying to acquire is the cancer of our society!!! If we graduate, where will we work? In a talipapa? So, we must first reform the system, if we want a better life!!! As far as the impeachment trial is concern,it's like a pelikula na si ERAP lagi ang bida at magtatagumpay sa huli!!! So, don't be sosy!!! Join the rally!!! Sa lansangan natin hutulan si erap para pupulutin siya sa kankongan!!!

the trial is basically finished, but actually Erap lost... he or his advisers/those around him/cronies has just rekindled that passion in the Filipino's hearts

TAMA NA! SOBRA NA! TIGILAN NA!
