Let's talk here about Supply Chain. I'm looking to have exploratory talks with them soon. I've check their website, they seem to be a good solution provider of SAP & Oracle.

What say you re:?
1. compensation
2. benefits
3. working environment
4. company stability
5. allowances
6. convertible VL & SL
7. how many months bonus
8. etc.

They only hire experienced ones for SAP and Oracle. Also, they have a good compensation package; and if you work as a consultant, they only withhold 10% as tax.

by the way coldrock, did you work there? can you give me an idea on the range of compensation for both SAP & Oracle? i know SAP people gets more than Oracle.

Above average (higher than most multinational companies) depending on your experience, technical skill set and negotiation skills of course. you can pm me if you want to know more.
