I don't know but getting into Top 10 in the bar exams is no joke. It's much harder to get into the top 10 of the bar exams against 5,000 takers than to win the NCAA basketball championship against 7 or 6 other teams. Kaya OKAY NA OKAY lang iyan kahit ma announce dito sa NCAA forums.. di naman iyan tatagal eh, it's not like we have to talk much about it na tatagal, more like an announcement lang yan!

I think this should be in a different forum.. but NCAA has a much smaller population kaya tingin ko okay lang yan na ipagmalaki natin ang ganyang accomplishments.. kahit na anong school.. in this case, a 6th placer from San Sebastian... until, this thread is still here, this will still be discussed here sa NCAA forums...

to the idiot killernoodle na minamaliit ang 6th placer.. umm.. well, i already said it.. you're an idiot.. lol. some people i guess are just not used to working hard and studying hard, therefore, he or she has no idea of how it is like to get an achievement as getting as high as 6th place in a bar exam... i can say 100% sure na kung sino man ang lina-lang-lang ang 6th place na achievement ay isang mahina na utak na tao at wala pang naa-abot na achievement na pinanggalingan ng matinding pag-aaral..

^It will be rude to give the reason. In fact it would be an injustice to this bar topnotcher to even speculate. She made it and that is all that matters.

However, allow me to be bold enough to share what I do know about law. In your 1st and 2nd year you take subjects like criminal law, constitutional law, labor law, civil law (oblicon, persons, other special contracts) and these are major bar subjects. If you have a good foundation on these subjects you are more or less competent enough to take the Bar. During your 4th and final year at law, its just a review of all these subjects. So, Karen had a lot going for her when she spent her 1st 2 years at SBC, that made her foundation sound. San Sebastion also has a good professor named Riano (he studied at SBC also) who teaches Remedial Law. I guess with both schools Karen got all her subjects covered.
