Very good ang quality of instructions ng Neville Clarke. Galing din kasi sa manufacturing industries yung tutors nila, so you get the benefit of their experience as well. Maganda rin yun mga handouts and guide materials nila. Wala akong complaints.

Ang key syempre dyan eh kung sino yung aattend ng seminar sa company nyo. Nasaang stage na ba kayo ng implementation ng spc?

actually, d pa namin sya alam kaya inaalam namin *** benefits ng spc, kaya inaalam namin sya by training.. Di lang actually yun, pati yung mga iba pang statistics na pwedeng makatulong sa amin for product development.. bagong department kasi kami at maganda na maayos yung mga foundation namin..

.. pero thanks sa suggestion ah.. i'll try to give them a call, and tignan kung kaya ng budget ng company.. heheheh.. :-)
