Ang taas ng tuition! tsk tsk..
Yup may sa kamahalan nga but that includes renting an aircraft for around a total of 200hrs in all. Para pampalubag loob Lagi na lang naming iniisip ng mga parents ko na ang Piloto sa Emirates sumasahod ng minimum of $15'000 a month
Error:the instrument flying course pala is now 165K
Trivia :I dont know pero feeling ko yumayaman yata talaga mga Bumbay kasi were just 4 Filipinos and
20+ Indians in our class ,others were Taiwanese and Arabs, In this country there are more foreigners studying Aircraft Flying than local students outnumbering us from around 6 Foreigners over two Filipinos.
- ONLY INFO I GOT*okay*

There's an aviation school in Subic it's an international school for aviation training. The tuition fee would cost $85,000-php 3.5 million for 12 months training, unifroms, books, food and etc.... But you need to finish atleast a 4 year college degree course be able to enroll in the aviation school.
Meron din sa PAL dapat graduate ka ng atleast 4 year college degree course. Ang tuition fee, ang PAL at Allied Bank ay partners so pwedeng mag loan para sa tuition fee at payable naman pag nagka trabaho ka na.
Take note:
Dapat 20-20 eye vision mo.
BTW, gusto ko rin mag pilot. Have you tried playing Flight Simulator? magugustuhan mo yan sigurado! hehehe

That's a common misconception. Your vision only needs to be correctable to 20/20 to be able to fly commercially. That means it's okay if you have glasses/contacts on, as long as you achieve 20/20 vision when wearing them.
AFAIK, It's only the Air Force that requires its pilots to have 20/20 uncorrected vision. Applicants often get Lasik beforehand.

finally someone that knows what hes talking about.
please research before posting things on the internet. you could mislead others.
i've always wanted to be a pilot but i wear glasses. people always tell me that i cant be a pilot coz of my glasses. its so annoying coz i always have to explain to them that glasses are allowed.
anyway, see for yourselves people. check the PAL website, they are currently hiring pilots and they accept applicants with "corrective lenses".

visit this site, it has a lot of useful info for aspiring pilots.
about clark aviation, ive read a lot of negative stuff about this school. first is the absurd training fee which costs 4M pesos. PAL aviation school only charges around 2.5M. Omni Aviation charges at around 2M. but then again i havent been to Clark aviation so i wouldnt know if the 4M is worth it. only a student from clark could really tell us if it is worth the 4M.

Cyclone Flying School offers cost-effective package for complete pilot training course PPL+CPL+Instrument Rating+ Single/Multi-engine rating for only $32,000! It's cheap when you think about it bec it includes everything na. Best of all, kung ala ka money now, you can enroll sa Ground school muna and fly at your convenience until you reach the number of flying hours required for Private Pilot License or Commercial Pilot License. Astig db? their website is http://www.cycloneairways.com. Telephone (+078) 652-0913

I want to be a pilot. but the tuition is so expensive so I'm considering Phil. state college of aeronautics. Does this school require their graduate students to serve Phil. airforce? I heard from others you need to serve 7-8 yrs. I'll be old by that time. Pls. can someone tell me if this is real or not? or they have other conditions? thanks a lot!

Eagle Air Academy, Inc. is headed by a seasoned pilot who has been in the aviation business for so many years and has organized and ran his own flying schools in the past.
