PGMA Schlarship for Caregiver Course...Saan Ba nakakakuha at paano?

Hi, pardon me for posting this question in this thread. I am not really sure if this is the right thread where I can post my question. Anyway, since my question is still about Education...(studying of caregiver course)...

I am planning to study a caregiver course...Nag-inquire na po ako sa mga caregiver schol dito sa lugar namin...and I was shocked knowing the tuition fee of that course...from 15k now...almost 22k...expensive indeed...I've heard the PGMA Sholarship for caregiver training course...in coordination with TESDA...but I am not sure about this...
My question is...Do you know where can I apply a scholarship for a caregiver course training...?

Looks like you need to be endorsed by your mayor or governor, and take your course at the TESDA.
