Help on where to find a dress for a wedding

Hi. I'll be attending a wedding in a few weeks and I don't have anything to wear. Wedding is at 3:30pm in Tagaytay. Invite said to wear formal attire. What should I wear and any suggestions on where I can find nice dresses in Makati?

Tried to find something earlier today but wasn't very lucky. Aside from the details I mentioned, black is also not an option which makes it more difficult since all the dresses I saw were in black. :hmm:

^^at the malls..nothing specific as wala naman talagang dresses specially fo weddings lang. go for the simple ones since di mo di naman ata pwdeng i-outstage ang bride and the rest of the entourage. :bungi:

know the motif na din or get something neutral, simple yet classy. :)
