Help naman po...your posts will be greatly appreciated....

Kasi college undergrad ako...I was taking up computer engineering sa PUP until 3rd yr 1st sem ko tapos nagstop nako...now i am currently employed sa isang call center....

Ang sitwasyon ko kasi ganito...

Nung college ako madami ako failing grades, back subjects, dropped subjects dahil sa pambubuyo ng mga barkada ko na maglakwatsa hehe....alak yosi babae...tapos nafail ko yung battery exam namin prior to our 3rd yr sa course na yun...eh binigyan ako waiver na kelangan di nako magfail/drop ng kahit ano subject or else itll be better kung maghanap2 nako ng ibang course....e nagsipag ako...kaso natapat ako sa terror prof....half of the class bagsak/drop including me...so that means hanap nako ibang course....eh kelangan ko na din magwork so nagtrabaho na nga ako...

Sa tingin nyo ba tatangappin pako magaral sa mga schools (kung pwede sana sa private school kasi mukhang malabo nako sa public/state U's).

Kahit reset back to 1st year...is there a possibility na may tumanggap sakin?

Tsk2....nasa huli talaga ang pagsisisi haha...namimiss ko na ang student life waa...:(

why dont you try enlisting at the UP open university. there is a BA multimedia program which you can take online.

the program is really for those who are a bit mature and/ or those who are working.

What we think about this wouldn't really matter. Do your research, call those schools up, and ask them.

Just one thing, however. Do you have an "honorable dismissal" from your former school? If so, there should not be much of a problem. Otherwise, you should get a hold of your high school credentials instead.

@Kirkegaard - i do not have my honorable dismissal yet...but the school told me i can have it once i request for it....

Well i am really not after transferring to another school and crediting my grades...i want to start all over again...back to 1st year...Computers kasi passion ko....and if i continue sa school ko the best course i can transfer to is management...waa...

so ok lang sa mga universities na magreset student ako?basta ba may pantuition?at enough yung requirements?

ok lang ba magenroll sa ibang universities ng back to freshie....la ikcredit na grades? anu requirement/qualifications nun maliban sa transcript at pantuition hehe...

^^I think it's ok as long as you have your honorable dismissal. Other universities/colleges might credit your other units and you don't have to start from scratch all over again. I have batchmates who were dismissed from our college and who were able to start anew with other colleges... that should not be a problem at all.

^^ I agree, as long as you have the interest and will to continue, and the necessary papers to join another university/college again, then that would be alright.. lahat naman tayo may chance sa lahat ng bagay eh.

ay pareho po tayo, nangyari na sakin yan. yes, pwede kang magtransfer sa ibang school at magstart as first year, pero yung mga grades mo dun sa previous school mo magreflect pa din yan sa transcript mo sa lilipatan mong school. question lang po ang sinasabi mo bang magsimula ulit sa wala eh kalimutan na yung mga bagsak mo at para hindi na makita ng future employer mo na may mga back subjects ka? kapag humingi ka ng honorable dismisal dun sa PUP at pinasa mo sa ibang school yon ang gagamitin nila para ma-access lahat ng file mo sa PUP kaya kita parin yung mga bagsak mo.

Pwede ka pa rin po sa mga SUCs, PNU po tumatanggap ng transferee, pero pag galing ka sa private university start ka ulit sa first year.

Sorry, there is no such thing as a clean slate, any records you have in college after graduating from high school will be reflected in your most recent transcript, if you have been to ten schools & ten courses, that will be reflected in your latest transcript.

Since Computer Eng'g ka dati. Try mo sa mga 3 year course in Meralco Foundation. At least may tinapos ka at maka pag trabaho.

You very very correct. College transcript of records is a "cumulative record" from the time tumuntong ka sa college hanggang sa makalabas ka, hindi iyan katulad ng high school report card, annual lang ang laman. Ang College transcript, mula simula hanggang wakas.

I think University of Makati is one of the better city schools right now, their courses are progressive, and not as expensive as private schools, it is funded by Makati-collected taxes. Try this school.
