hi peeps may nakakaalam ba dito kung may mga ganun? cos i have a friend before sumama sha dito naging scholar sha pumunta sha taiwan to learn their language for free anyone knows hot to apply for these kinds of language exchange programs?

I was once an exchange student. I joined International Foreign Studies (IFS) and went to England for 4 weeks lang. My kuya joined also but he went to Arkansas in the US and stayed there for a year. But then, ours weren't free. We were both in highschool then.
