Good Gym in QC Area?

Can anyone suggest a good gym in the QC area?!Please not Slimmer's World at lifetime member ako doon pero I need a
person to make a "credible" program for body building and toning.Yung tipong the fitness trainors are eduactaed enough to create a good program and know what they're talikng about at ma-asikaso?!

Also Fitness Stadium along Mayon cor. Del Monte. kul place.

Mabuhay at maraming Salamat sa inyong mga payo!I already enrolled sa Better Bodies for 3 months but will also enroll sa Premiere at I checked out the place at ang ganda!!!
Pero,wala pa silang aero doon kaya habang wala pa,sa Better Bodies muna ako.
Ipa-pirate ko na rin yung mga magagaling na instructors ng Slimmer's SM City at naghahanap sila ng instructors doon!!!

You can also go to YMCA gym lcoated at Gandara St. Binon Manila. you can't miss it when you are in the Ongpin Binondo area. Not airconditioned but very serious bodybuilders go there. hindi nga QC, pero good place to go to.
Again go to Milestone Fitness lcoated along Banawe St. cor. Sta Catalina St.

The good trainers are not found in gyms, some of them are freelance. I prefer Zest, Mr. Suave's Star Samson and Charles if you want real hardcore training. Fancy gyms offer you the equipment but most of the top players in bodybuilding and powerlifting are found in dungeon type gyms.

maganda naman facilities dito

with boxing arena, dance studio, sauna, basketball court, badminton court, fitness bar, at may sarili silang massage/salon
