Hello there! I'm just wondering why some call center companies do ask for your SSS and TIN numbers? (After initial interviews). For verification purposes of your previous companies kung tama ba ang nakalagay sa resume mo sa record ng SSS whatsoever or wala lang, part of their SOP. Curious lang kasi ako. Thanks:)

the reason why they ask for your sss and tin is because it will be deducted from your salary. as for your verfication purposes of your previous company. why do you ask??? is it because you went awol from a previous callcenter and you didn't include that in your resume?

Hello there! thanks a lot for the reply. First of all, i didn't went awol from my previous employer, actually, this is my first time to apply as a call center agent. I do have my previous experiences before before i stayed there for months due to some reasons. Now, I plan to shift my career as a call center agent. When applying in a call center, do i need to include in my resume all my previous working experiences, even for just months? What would be the best way to convince the HRD that i am very serious about the job. I have a total number of 5 employers, in my first job, i stayed there for almost a year and 8 months. The rest was only 3 to 5 months. Do they conduct background check? Will they check your resume with SSS employment status history to find out kung nagsasabi ka ng totoo? Sorry kung madami akong tanong, but i am very much concern kasi baka mamaya di ako tanggapin sa call center because they are very much concern about the years of service to the company tapos makikita nila sa resume ko, may 1 yr and 8 months and the rest, puro months? Thanks talaga...

^ Dont' worry ako nga walanag kahit anong work experience pero sa awa ng diyos pumasa. Yung SSS and TIN para lang naman madeduct sa pay mo. And sabi mo nga wala ka namang bad record e di wag ka ng kabahan.:D
